...AFTER DAYS OF STRONG WINDS
The high tide was flat calm and the air was mild as we set out along the beach - the crew were keen to dash off to the shoreline, we met with some familiar faces out for their morning stroll. Jack and Winnie were very active chasing about after the crows, Winnie sometimes picks up a peace of seaweed and encourages Jack to try to get it!
Looking out across the calm water - its surface disturbed by a surfacing bird, a winter visitor the sleek elegant Great Crested Grebe, sadly in its winter plumage without the crest, but beautiful all the same.
