STARTING THE WEEK PLUNGING DOWN THROUGH THE WINTER WOODS.

Nestling between Bouley Bay and Egypt it’s one of our summer locations where we can shelter from the sun, working-out climbing the wooded valley side to the footpath running along the ridge to Bouley Bay, with fabulous views of the coast of France.

Today the wood has taken on an eery stillness, the silence broken by the dogs making their way through the deep life-litter that rustling under foot. This somewhat mysterious wood takes you down to the Wolf’s Lair a small fishermen’s cottage just above the shoreline. Our waypoint and a few moments to take a break before climbing back up through the woods to the cliff path ridge. - Hearts pounding, blood rushing, a real kickstart to the week!
