Hi Terry, Conrad and I are very happy with the way you look after Jack and Winnie, the fact we can text you if we need to and receive a prompt reply, lets us feel totally relaxed that they are in good hands. The way they respond when you arrive to take them out speaks volumes. They are nice and tired and really relaxed when they get home. We would definitely recommend you. (Question: Could I improve?) No you think of everything, their contentment shows us that. Thank you so much for caring for them - Your website is BRILL!
